Corn

Corn is an important food, feed and industrial crop, which is used not only for cooking, medicine and animal husbandry, but also used as a biofuel. One of the main purposes is the production of fodder corn for animals and birds. This direction is more important in relation to other industries, such as starch and groats factories. Different kinds of grits are made from corn household flour and puddings, pancakes and other sweet pastries C from fine flour. Adding corn flour in wheat flour makes pastries crumbly and fragrant. Beer, alcohol, oil, starch and sweet syrup are also made from corn.

Corn oil is used to prepare various bakery products, sauces, baby food. Relatively high smoke point makes corn oil applicable for frying. Used in medicine as an anti-sclerotic agent.
