As of September 1, 2023, Bitimpex Anstalt Holding is delighted to announce the successful expansion of our asset portfolio, marked by the acquisition of five coal mining enterprises, two of which have been secured on long-term leases with subsequent purchase rights. These enterprises are actively engaged in the extraction of hard coal and anthracite within the Donetsk coal basin.
We take immense pride in presenting our diverse range of mined coal grades, which includes anthracite varieties such as A, AO, AOM, AM, AS, ASh, AKO, S, and T - young anthracite. Additionally, we offer a selection of energy and gas coal grades, comprising D, DG, DGKOM, DOM, G, DGR, GR, and Zh.
Furthermore, by September 1, 2023, we are nearing the completion and commissioning of an oil extraction plant situated in the Southern Federal District of the Russian Federation. This state-of-the-art facility is designed to process a variety of oilseeds, including rapeseed, soybean, sunflower, flax, corn, and other oily products. Our esteemed holding is committed to delivering a wide array of oils, including refined, unrefined, and deodorised options.
Since 2012, we have actively participated in prominent international agricultural and food exhibitions across the globe, with a strong presence in cities like Moscow, Dubai, Istanbul, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Germany, Austria, Azerbaijan, and Kazakhstan. Additionally, we have been an enthusiastic participant in international exhibitions dedicated to organic and natural products, specifically tailored to cater to the MENA regions.
On the global stage, we have been and continue to be engaged in various World EXPOs from 2020 to 2024, where we actively engage with delegations from more than 192 countries. Notably, EXPO City Dubai holds a special place in our participation efforts, as it spans a six-month period from October to April each year. The choice of the UAE as the host country for such events is strategic, given its role as the gateway to the East.
