As of January 15, 2024, Bitimpex Anstalt holding has acquired 57,600 hectares of land ownership, with 35,000 hectares designated as irrigated lands. These lands are situated in the new regions of Kherson and Zaporozhye, known for their chernozem soils.

On January 13, 2024, the first phase of a cheese factory specializing in the production of hard and semi-hard cheeses was initiated. The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery sourced from France, Switzerland, and Holland. Licenses for the production of French Swiss and Dutch hard and semi-hard cheeses were also purchased. American and English licenses for the production of the best varieties of hard and semi-hard cheeses at the acquisition stage.

The factory's production portfolio includes::

  • Hard cheeses aged from six months to three years
  • Aged cheeses with white mold
  • Sheep cheeses
  • Cheeses with various additives such as walnuts, pesto, and dried tomatoes
  • Blue cheeses
  • Cheeses with wrinkled crust

All products are exclusively crafted from raw materials derived from our in-house milk production, ensuring a minimum fat content of 6.2% - 6.7%.

In January 2024, the company obtained two EU certificates, solidifying its European certification. The company continues to expand its output and product range.

In the Kherson and Zaporozhye regions, three elevators with a combined grain storage capacity of 285,000 tons were procured. In 2023, our holding successfully cultivated a variety of crops, including white, red, and blue corn, as well as different rice varieties ranging from white to red and brown. The quail and guinea fowl population has nearly doubled.

To enhance logistics, three new electric locomotives and one diesel locomotive were acquired. The maritime container fleet has been expanded including the addition of brand refrigerated containers. Furthermore, seven vessels were purchased to transport dry bulk cargo, including grain carriers and a timber carrier.
