
In January 2026, the «BITimpex Anstalt LTD» holding acquired 10,274 hectares of agricultural land in the Republic of Crimea. The entire land will be used for construction, cultivation, and processing of agricultural products.
Construction:
- Cattle farms, dairy herd, young animals, breeding cattle.
- Sheep and goat farms, primarily for meat production and partial dairy production. A dairy herd of sheep and goats is planned for milk production and cheese making.
- Pig farms, fattening of livestock for meat production, breeding livestock, reproducers for the production of breeding pigs.
- Reindeer farms for breeding deer and marals, for obtaining maral antlers and meat production.
- Poultry complexes for raising chickens, chicks, layers, broilers, ducks, geese, guinea fowl, quail, partridges and pheasants.
- Incubators for growing chickens of all types of birds.
- Greenhouse complexes for growing mushrooms and workshops for further processing (drying, canning, salting, smoking).
- Two meat processing plants.
- Three refrigeration plants.
- Feed mill.
- Workshops for the production of substrates with all technological processes in place.
- Laboratories for the production of mushroom mycelium.
- Production of fungal and mold spores. In certification laboratories, in collaboration with:
- All-Russian Scientific Research Institute of Vegetable Growing - a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution.
- All-Russian Research Institute of Agricultural Microbiology.
- Komarov Botanical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
- G. Skryabin Institute of Biochemistry and Physiology of Microorganisms of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
- All-Russian Research Institute of Medical Mycology named after P. Kashkin.
- All-Russian Research Institute of Mycological Monitoring and Biology of Fungi named after I. Mechnikov.
- All-Russian Research Institute of Plant Genetic Resources named after N. Vavilov.
As of January 2026, the total land bank of the «BITimpex Anstalt LTD» holding is 451,128 hectares of agricultural land, of which 47,350 hectares are organic farming, 89,420 are forest lands leased for 50 years.
