Our holding has successfully expanded its activities, including breeding, growing, processing and selling valuable fish species and products obtained after processing at our fish processing complexes. We grow valuable fish species both in closed artificial aqua farms and in open waters of the Black and Azov Seas.

Our holding in the Southern Federal District of Russia has built one of the largest processing enterprises in Europe to produce environmentally friendly products from raw materials grown on our farmland in the Stavropol, Krasnodar Territories, Rostov Region and the Republic of Crimea. All of our land has been tested by laboratories of the European Union and Laboratories of the Russian Federation - this is only for raw materials for processing; similarly, all manufactured products are subjected to quarterly laboratory tests by the commission of the European Union and the Russian Federation. Since we act in accordance with European Union Directives No. 834/2007, No. 889/2008, No. 1235/2008, as well as in accordance with the Russian Charter “Organic System”.

As of September 1, 2023, Bitimpex Anstalt Holding is delighted to announce the successful expansion of our asset portfolio, marked by the acquisition of five coal mining enterprises, two of which have been secured on long-term leases with subsequent purchase rights. These enterprises are actively engaged in the extraction of hard coal and anthracite within the Donetsk coal basin.

As of May 10, 2023, Bitimpex Anstalt, agricultural holding, takes immense pride in announcing its ownership of expansive land resources, encompassing an impressive total of 152,000 hectares.

As of December 31, 2021, Bitimpex Anstalt proudly holds a substantial land portfolio encompassing 135,000 hectares of both owned and leased land.

In November-December of the current year Holding has got 30 000 hectares of forest land for long term rent in order to settle hunting grounds and fisheries for breeding valuable species of fish and its further processing.

Construction of port elevator near Black Sea Aquatoria is being continued. Construction of 5 sheep farms in different regions for total number 25 000 – 28 000 head of cattle including female cattle is coming to an end.

Delivery of copper ore in Uzbekistan, Almalykskyi Mining and Metalurgical Combine, processing by tolling scheme and receiving pure brass  999. Construction of four large farms is being started for floor upkeep of cattle, 18 000 head of cattle.

Construction of 2 poultry factories is happening in two regions, there are 5000 hectares of young fruit trees being planted: apple, pear, plum, peach, apricot, dogwood. Costruction of port elevator is being started near Black sea with capacity of 135 000 tonns.

Delivery of bauxite is being arranged (AL₂O₃ 60-75%) from Guinea to Russia for further processing by tolling scheme at Russian aluminium plants and obtaining ready aluminium product.
Delivery of copper ore of Kazakhstan (Sayak, Koungrad, Chatyrkul), Uzbekistan (Kalmakor), Kola Peninsula is being arranged. Delivery of phosphorite ore from Algeria and Tunisia to chemical plants in Russia and Ukraine is being implemented for further processing by tolling scheme and receiving different kinds of phosphorus fertilizers.
