From November 2024 to the present day, the holding company "BITimpex Anstalt LTD" has acquired 25,318 hectares of agricultural arable land. Of these, 15,500 hectares are under permanent irrigation, the remaining 9,818 hectares are dry land. 

1. From December 2 to the present day, the holding company "BITimpex Anstalt LTD" has purchased 3419 units of agricultural and transport equipment for productive and comprehensive work on our agricultural lands.

   As of now, the vehicle fleet of the holding company "BITimpex Anstalt LTD" consists of 16,089 units of agricultural and transport equipment.

The plant's capacity is 60,000 tons per year. The plant is located on the territory of the Closed Water Supply Installation for growing Australian red-claw crayfish.

The feed contains: minced fish, minced meat, fish meal, blood meal, meat and bone meal, fish oil, wheat, corn gluten, vitamins, soybean meal, sunflower meal, rapeseed meal, yeast.

In the feed company "BITimpex Anstalt LTD" biologically active additives are introduced that strengthen the immunity of fish and also increase their resistance to diseases. Immunostimulant beta-glucan, vitamins C and E, vitamin premix, maintain fish in good condition.

The design capacity of the mini plant for the production of feed for fish and crustaceans is up to 5,000 tons per year.

Technology

The technological process of producing extruded feed consists of several stages, including preparation of raw materials, mixing of raw materials, direct extrusion, cutting, drying, adding flavor additives, cooling, and packaging of finished feed.

The productivity of the line depends on the recipe, the quality of raw materials, the installed equipment and its settings.

The complex has 16 buildings for keeping crayfish in a closed water supply system. The area of ​​the pools is 81,256 square meters. The production facilities occupy 76360 square meters. The land plot is owned by the holding company "BITimpex Anstalt LTD» and makes up 4150 hectares. There are 12 artesian wells. The farm is equipped with its own substation and backup diesel generators. The farm has a boiler room including 5 boilers, which allows for effective maintenance of the temperature in the pools and the room. The farm is designed to grow and maintain 8 million individuals.

From September 2023 to December 1, 2024, the BITimpex Anstalt LTD holding purchased 5,214 units of agricultural and transport equipment for productive and comprehensive work on our farmland. As of December 1, 2024, the BITimpex Anstalt LTD holding fleet consists of 12,670 units of agricultural and transport equipment.

As of October 25, 2024, the BITimpex Anstalt LTD holding has 89,420 hectares of forest land in the Arkhangelsk, Murmansk, Perm, Omsk and Tomsk regions under long-term lease.

From April 1 to October 25, 2024, the holding's land bank BITimpex Anstalt LTD has increased by 94,790 hectares.

We are pleased to share with you a significant update regarding our operations. As of March 24, 2024, Bitimpex Anstalt holding has successfully acquired 31,900 hectares of agricultural land in the Southern Federal District. This acquisition brings our total land portfolio to 241,500 hectares, dedicated to sowing and cultivating various crops. Furthermore, we have entered into a long-term lease agreement for an additional 7,500 hectares of forest land in the Siberian part of the Russian Federation.

As of January 15, 2024, Bitimpex Anstalt holding has acquired 57,600 hectares of land ownership, with 35,000 hectares designated as irrigated lands. These lands are situated in the new regions of Kherson and Zaporozhye, known for their chernozem soils.

Our holding in the Southern Federal District of Russia has built one of the largest processing enterprises in Europe to produce environmentally friendly products from raw materials grown on our farmland in the Stavropol, Krasnodar Territories, Rostov Region and the Republic of Crimea. All of our land has been tested by laboratories of the European Union and Laboratories of the Russian Federation - this is only for raw materials for processing; similarly, all manufactured products are subjected to quarterly laboratory tests by the commission of the European Union and the Russian Federation. Since we act in accordance with European Union Directives No. 834/2007, No. 889/2008, No. 1235/2008, as well as in accordance with the Russian Charter “Organic System”.

As of September 1, 2023, Bitimpex Anstalt Holding is delighted to announce the successful expansion of our asset portfolio, marked by the acquisition of five coal mining enterprises, two of which have been secured on long-term leases with subsequent purchase rights. These enterprises are actively engaged in the extraction of hard coal and anthracite within the Donetsk coal basin.
