Transportation is being carried out by:
Carriages, sea and railway containers, sea vessels.
Carriages:
1.Hoppers-grain carriers with carrying capacity of 120 tons are being used only for transporting grain, oilseeds, soya, canola, corn, meal bassage, granulated and bulk mixed foods to destination stations of the buyer according to DAP.
2.Covered carriages are designed for transporting packaged cargos: meal, bagasse, packaged mixed foods, sunflower oil, soya oil, corn oil, canola oil, milk powder and other cargos.
All the carriages of 150 hoppers belong to the Holding.
There are 75 covered carriages for different kinds of cargos that belong to the holding for deliveries to ports and stations of buyers according to DAP.
Containers:
20', 40' – HARD TOP, OPEN TOP – loading on top containers. These are dry cargo containers for transporting bulk products, packaged cargos. There are 20' refrigerator containers rented, with 28m3 volume and carrying capacity of 28 tonns.
40' – refrigerator containers of 60,2m2 volume. Maximum loading is 30,5 tons. They are being used for transporting meat products, eggs, apples, pears, fruit and berry products and also for perishable cargos. Holding has been renting 60 of such containers-refrigerators.
We have such tanks-containers as T-11 – 25tons, T-22 – 20tons T-4 – 20tons for transporting liquid cargos.
FLEXITANK is polymeric elastic container for transporting vegetable oils, concentrated juices, corn molasses, beet molasses, malt and beer pellet. Saving on transportation of cargos is up to 40%. Loading into 20' containters. Always new, clean packaging. Products are being tested, certified. Containers up to 24 000 litres.
Containers have volume of 20', 40' 45'.
Refrigerators park - 20', 40'.
Sea vessels:
Freight of sea vessels for delivering cargos to destination port of buyer is being carried out according to CIF, CIP – Incoterms 2010. We have huge experience in chartering from 5 000 to 50 000tons. Buker dry cargo ships for transporting bulk material have cargo hold that allows to transport wheat, corn, meal, barley all together on one ship. There are 4-6 cargo holds at bulker.
We transport multipurpose dry cargos during transportation of general cargos, fertilizers, meal, ore, metal, agglomerates and other. No matter what type dry sea cargo you need to transport our logists-brokers will help to solve any issues concerning freight of any kind of vessel.
Terms of delivery: FOB, CIF, CPT, DAP, DAF. Incoterms 2010.
As of December 15, 2023, Bitimpex Anstalt holding possesses a fleet of rolling stock, held by rightful ownership, comprising the following vehicles:
- 95 Covered wagons with a carrying capacity of up to 120 tons each.
- 92 Oil tank wagons with a carrying capacity of up to 120 tons.
- 34 Railway platforms designed for transporting sea containers to ports.
- 75 Timber carriers for transporting sawlogs and lumber, each with a load capacity of 120 tons.
- 25 Refrigerated wagons with a carrying capacity of 50 tons each.
- 50 Refrigerated containers, 40 feet in size, equipped with new refrigeration equipment.
- 49 Refrigerated containers, 45 feet in size, with increased height and width, capable of carrying loads from 30 t to 32 t.
Container volume ranges from 85 m³ to 90 m³.
All wagons, carriers, and containers are newly acquired, ranging in age from 1 to a maximum of 2 years.
As of December 15, Bitimpex Anstalt owns a fleet of sea vessels, including:
- 1 vessel with a carrying capacity of 25,000 tons, specifically used for transporting grain products.
- 4 vessels, each with a carrying capacity of 20,000 tons, exclusively utilized for cereals.
- 2 vessels with a carrying capacity of 15,000 tons, also dedicated to grain transportation.
- 3 vessels, each with a carrying capacity of 10,000 tons.
- 4 vessels with a carrying capacity of 5000 tons.
- 3 vessels with a carrying capacity of 3000 tons of river type, serving goods delivery to ports such as Novorossiysk, Tuapse, and Caucasus.
On December 15, the fleet was further enhanced with two new electric locomotives, modern 2ES10 models of Russian production, boasting a lifting capacity ranging from 6000 t to 7000 t.
Additionally, in January, the holding will receive two brand-new diesel locomotives from the Bryansk Machine-Building Plant. These state-of-the-art 3TE25K2M models exhibit a lifting capacity ranging from 800 l to 1000 l. The diesel locomotives are expected to be inducted into our fleet in January 2024.
